That’s why, even in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine, we offer flexible exchange options for our customers.
According to the Cabinet of Ministers Resolution No. 172 dated March 19, 1994, underwear and intimate garments — including pajamas and beachwear — are not eligible for return or exchange (Clause 3 of the List of goods of proper quality that are not subject to return or exchange).
Additionally, under Article 13 of the Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Protection”, products made to individual specifications are also not eligible for return or exchange.
That said, we always try to accommodate our customers. So, within 14 days of receiving your order, we are happy to offer you an exchange for another product of equal value, provided that:
If you realize that the item doesn't fit — contact us as soon as possible, and we'll help you find the best solution.
Exchange Procedure:

If an item doesn't work for you — contact us via email or social media.

We'll send you instructions and the return address.

After we receive and inspect the item, we'll issue a promo code equal to the value of the product
(please note: the amount may be adjusted if shipping was paid by us).

The promo code can be used on our website and is valid for 1 year from the date of issue.
Please note:
Items that cannot be returned or exchanged include:

products with customized parameters (e.g., non-standard pant length),

products in a color not presented on the website,

size XL, as it is considered a product with individual parameters.

PAYMENT AND DELIVERY
PAYMENT TERMS
We offer several convenient payment methods to make your ordering process as comfortable as possible:
• FULL ONLINE PAYMENT
— fast and secure payment by Visa/Mastercard, Apple Pay/Google Pay, or via LiqPay directly on the website.
• FULL PAYMENT TO THE FOP BANK ACCOUNT
— a reliable option for bank transfer payment.
• PARTIAL PAYMENT TO THE FOP BANK ACCOUNT
— minimum prepayment amount: 200 UAH.
Partial payment is available only for orders up to 2000 UAH.

Prepayment Refund Policy
In case of refusal to receive the order at the postal service branch, the prepayment is non-refundable, as each item is manufactured individually according to your personal measurements (height, body features, etc.).

Orders with Multiple Items
If your order includes several items and you wish to keep only part of them, you must issue a full refusal of the order and place a new order for the selected item.
To avoid such situations, we recommend placing each item as a separate order.
In case of placing an order with prepayment for two or more sets, if a partial refusal occurs, the prepayment is non-refundable and cannot be transferred to a future order.
The prepayment cannot be applied as payment for another product, as it covers the production costs of the previous order.
SPECIAL TERMS FOR XL* SIZE ITEMS
Items in size XL* are considered products manufactured according to individual customer parameters.
Therefore:

such items are not eligible for exchange or return;

orders for XL* size items are accepted only with full prepayment;

in case of refusal to receive the order, the prepayment is non-refundable.
By placing an order for an XL* size item, the customer confirms that they have read and agree to these terms.

DELIVERY TERMS
We ensure that your order is delivered quickly and reliably.
Shipping Method:
• Orders are shipped via Nova Poshta (within Ukraine).
• You may choose delivery to a branch, parcel locker, or courier delivery to your address.
• Shipping cost is calculated according to the carrier’s tarifs.
Processing & Delivery Time:
• Order preparation takes 4–8 business days, as each item is carefully prepared.
• Delivery takes 1–3 business days depending on the region.
Free Shipping:
• We cover delivery to a Nova Poshta branch for orders with a total value of 2300 UAH or more.

Order Confirmation & Tracking
• After payment is received, you will receive an order confirmation email to the address provided during checkout.
• Once your order is ready and handed over to the carrier, you will receive a tracking number (TTN).
